Several groups in Tunisian society are at risk and live in the margins of society. Single mothers rejected by their families and communities, female prisoners stigmatized and unable to find work, poor families not having hope for a better future, or traumatized children not receiving the support they need. ACT, in partnership with local and national partners, aims to bring transformation to the lives of people living in the margins of society, to help them in their economic, social and psychological integration. By giving them the right to a life of dignity, we are actively encouraging in, empowering them and facilitating integration in their various communities.
ACT started to be involved in promoting the professional inclusion of unemployed young adults, mothers without family support and people with special needs. To develop this further we are looking for an entrepreneur and/or employability expert. For more info contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For several years ACT has worked with female prisoners and is now looking for experts to join their new work with male prisoners and minors. We are looking for people, for instance psychologists, social workers, probation or other officers, who have experience of working in prisons and/or working with individuals who have completed their sentence to join them. For more info contact us at email@example.com

Dr Steve Green on the Francophone Palliative Care Congress
“This was such a good advert for Tunisia. One main speaker from Quebec apologised on behalf of his compatriots for not coming because of fears of security. The participants are going away with very positive opinions of Tunisia. For all this we praise God.”
